2002 saw Marketing Impact win a tender for the communications requirement of Elmbridge Housing Trust - an account we still hold today. Prior to this we had no history of working in social housing. Our strength was down to a thorough analysis of the marketplace and applying sound, strategic marketing techniques developed from working across a wide variety of market sectors.

Since that time, through word of mouth and business development activity, our social housing client base has grown and with it our expertise in this area. We now work for a mix of LSVTs and traditional associations ranging in size from 2,000 to 50,000 properties with each receiving the same quality of attention and our unique project management process

2008 was cause for celebration for one of our clients, Soha. This 3-star housing association won a national housing award for their resident involvement activity. This involved a series of resident workshops developed and facilitated by Marketing Impact leading to the production of their annual report. We have subsequently produced a further two annual reports working with different groups of their residents.
