We’ve just completed our first job for new client Affinity Sutton.  The mailing and web page gives residents advice and information on how they can save energy and money too by following some simple steps.

In collaboration with tenants, local authorities, housing associations and many other partners, the TSA has developed a document which sets out the new regulatory framework that social housing providers have to meet from April 2010. Its aim is to help improve the services provided for the eight million people who live in social rented and shared ownership homes in England. At its heart are six standards, and against each of these, the TSA has described the outcomes landlords should meet and the specific expectations of them.

Our favourite local restaurant The French Table, made it to the finals of  The F Word.  They went head to head with Newcastle based Le Bouchon, in a showdown for ‘Best Local French Restaurant’ in Great Britain.  They were shortlisted from hundreds of top French restaurants and made it all the way to the final by customer votes!

Congratulations to the four social landlords who made it into the Sunday Times 75 best places to work in the public sector.  They are; Brent Housing Partnership, North Star Housing Group, Octavia Housing, Stockport Homes.  What a terrific achievement against such stiff competition.

Following an exhaustive research process we have finally settled on Basecamp for our on-line project collaboration tool.  This fully functional tool will allow us to share files, meet deadlines, assign tasks and centralise feedback in a safe, secure and reliable environment.
