In order to retain our Consultancy Management Standard accreditation through the Public Relations Consultants’ Association (PRCA), we’ve just completed our biennial reassessment which involved another intensive inspection of eight of our business activities, ranging from Campaign Management and Client Satisfaction to Business Planning and People Management.
With average scores of 88% in each of the eight areas, we’re reassured to know that our clients continue to receive the highest quality service and extensive expertise from each member of the MI team.
