As part of Radian’s new internal communications, we were asked to create an innovative introduction to the campaign. Looking for an inspirational speaker who would interest and motivate staff, we were incredibly lucky to be able to work with Paralympic swimmer and six-time gold medalist, Sascha Kindred.

We scripted and produced a video of Sascha talking to Radian’s Chief Executive, Lindsay Todd, about personal and team goals. The video was shown concurrently across many different locations at the same date and time.
